Collaborative and tailored
To ensure a smooth photography experience on your event day, we will send a pre-shoot questionnaire to clearly understand your needs and goals. Alternatively, if you have a photography brief we can work to that.
3. EVENT DAY
Seamless event coverage
We provide unobtrusive tailored coverage of your event. Capturing candid moments and key highlights. With an attention to detail that ensures your event is thoroughly documented.
4. DELIVER
Professional, fast delivery
Your final high-quality Event images will be promptly delivered within 3-5 business days of your event. Express options are available. Images will be supplied in both high and low resolution. Ready for your image library and sharing on social media.

Event Photography Coverage $280 per hour
Event coverage includes one professional event Photographer providing consecutive coverage for a minimum of up 2 hours.
Full day $1600
Multiple consecutive day rate $1500 per day
Additional Photographer from $180 per hour
Perfect for events that have multiple locations to that require coverage at the same time.
Optional extras
Express delivery - next day $200
• Images are generally delivered within 3-5 business days of the event coverage, if the express option isn’t required.
